Artemis currently produces seven types of pigments:

1. "Invisible" pigments (ultraviolet reactive / responsive): These pigments are used to create covert markings which can be used to separate authentics from fakes for items such as credit cards, banknotes, high-end designer clothing, auto parts, CD's, and DVD's.
   
   
2. Glitter flakes: This product is used for decorative purposes on toys, printed materials, pens and pencils, holiday ornaments, etc.
   
   
3. Thermochromes: These pigments change color when heated above a particular temperature.
   
   
4. Photochromes: These pigments change color when exposed to ordinary sunlight.
   
   
5. Up Converters/Anti-Stokes: These pigments absorb energy from an infrared laser and emit visible light.
   
   
6. Daylight Fluorescents: These pigments absorb a wide variety of wavelengths of light and then emit very brightly in one narrow band of wavelengths of light. This creates the abnormally bright orange on traffic signs.
   
   
7. Custom Products: We also make a wide variety of custom specialty pigments. There is almost nothing we can't make or find, so don't hesitate to ask!
